The Pensions Department of the Financial Institutions Commission of British Columbia ("FICOM") is responsible for administering the Pension Benefits Standards Act, and for ensuring that plan administrators comply with its provisions.

Plan administrators, union representatives or employers can usually provide information about the plan. However, if you are unable to obtain the required information about your pension plan, or if you think there has been a breach of the PBSA, please write to:
