Arbitration of Disputes
All pension plans must provide for arbitration or other agreed upon method for settlement of disputes concerning the use or withdrawal of surplus assets in a pension plan (including the taking of a contribution holiday by the employer), or the withdrawal of a participating employer from a multi-employer plan.
