Under the Mortgage Brokers Act , registration as a "mortgage broker" may be granted to a company, partnership or sole proprietorship. The employees of the mortgage broker engaged in the arranging of mortgages are required to obtain "sub-mortgage broker" registration under the Act.

FICOM NOW ACCEPTS MASTERCARD & VISA PAYMENTS

FICOM is now taking payment by MasterCard or Visa for mortgage broker registration applications, renewals, transfers, late fees and penalties as well as photocopying fees.

The Credit Card Payment form is available by clicking on this link or going to our Forms page.

Applicants are required to print, complete and submit the form with all applications when paying by credit card.

Note that once submitted, the fee is not refundable.
