Directors Exhibit Package
Corporate mortgage broker registrants must provide a Director's Exhibit for each director of the corporation, regardless of whether the individuals are active in the mortgage broker business. Directors who are active in the mortgage broker business must also indicate they are applying for registration as a submortgage broker . A filing fee is required only if the director is also applying for submortgage broker registration.

| For new corporate applicants, attach a completed Director's Application Package for each director. For existing registrants, as new directors are appointed to the board they must complete and submit a Director's Application Package. |
