We´re here to help with all inquiries and complaints that fall within our mandate. Please review our "What We Do" section first to determine if FICOM is the appropriate agency to deal with your complaint

We want you to know that all complaints are acknowledged and filed for tracking and statistical purposes, even in cases where follow-up action is not required.
